Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the role of General Manager Corporate Services we seek plays a central role in leading and driving the strategic direction of the organisation to achieve the Council Plan and the organisation’s vision and strategic goals.

This is an Executive leadership opportunity that is responsible for the Finance, Governance, Performance & Innovation, Information Services and People & Culture departments.

The successful candidate will ensure an integrated approach to the delivery of services that enables a better experience for our customers. A natural change leader, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation and will play a pivotal role in our information technology reform. Politically astute, you will apply your strong stakeholder engagement, business acumen and influencing skills to ensure good governance and the delivery of optimal outcomes for the community.   

If you have extensive experience in a similar role, a tertiary or post graduate qualification in business, finance or legal discipline and the ability to implement strategy and lead large scale change, we would like to hear from you.
